GIC Strengthens Halal Compliance with MHCT
MHCT proudly continues its partnership with GIC International Catering (GIC), a key player in Frankfurt’s Halal-certified inflight food service industry. From November 12–14, 2024, we conducted a thorough facility evaluation and delivered an impactful refresher training for 67 of GIC’s employees.
Our facility evaluations near Frankfurt Main International Airport ensured GIC’s adherence to the highest Halal standards. From food preparation to final presentation, every detail was meticulously assessed. The refresher training reinforced employees’ understanding of Halal principles and best practices, fostering confidence in their ability to deliver compliant meals consistently.
This accomplishment enables GIC to effectively address the rising demand for Halal-certified meals. Through vigilance and adaptability, they consistently establish a standard in the catering sector.
